Permission first, always
Nothing appears here without the photographer's say-so. That is not a courtesy, it's the rule the whole series runs on — most accounts in this corner of the internet repost other people's work and never ask.
An editorial series
The finest homes in each market we cover — photographed by the people who know them best, and published only with permission.
More markets are opening. If yours isn't here yet, write to us anyway.
Nothing appears here without the photographer's say-so. That is not a courtesy, it's the rule the whole series runs on — most accounts in this corner of the internet repost other people's work and never ask.
Every feature names the photographer and tags their account. The work is theirs; we're only the frame around it.
We feature homes that have already sold. Active listings belong to the agent and the seller, and we stay out of them.
Anyone with a stake in a home — the photographer, the agent, the brokerage, or the person who lives there — can ask us to remove a post, and we take it down within one business day. No questions, no explanation required.
If you shoot real estate in a market we cover, send us a link to your portfolio or a few frames you're proud of. If we feature them you'll be credited and tagged every time, and you can pull the permission back whenever you like.
Write to us and it comes down within one business day. You don't need to explain why, and you don't need to be the photographer — if it's your listing, your brokerage, or your home, that's reason enough.
